I am looking for membership prices. How much does it cost to join?
Pricing will vary depending on the type of plan you sign up for. They are as follows:
Community Gym Yearly Contract - $25/month with a minimum 12 month term
This membership provides ongoing access to the gym for $25 per month with a 12-month commitment. At the end of the 12 month commitment, the membership reverts to a month to month membership that can be cancelled anytime in accordance with the gym’s cancellation policy.
Month to month membership - $40
This membership does not require a minimum commitment. The month to month membership provides ongoing access to the gym on a monthly basis for $40 per month. The membership automatically renews each month and may be cancelled an anytime by the member in accordance with the cancellation policy. No long term commitment is required.
Community Gym Yearly Upfront - $298 billed annually
This membership provides gym access for a 12-month term, paid in full at the time of enrollment. At the end of the 12 month commitment, the membership automatically renews for an additional 12-month term at the then-current rate unless cancelled in accordance with eh gym’s cancellation policy
Day Pass - $10
The day pass provides single-day access to the gym for $10, valid only on the date of purchase. Access is limited to the individual purchaser and does not include guest privileges. A signed waiver and compliance with all facility rules and policies are required.

I want to join! How do I get access?
All sign ups are done online. There are two ways to sign up.
The easiest way is to download the Gym Master app and sign up through there.
It will take you to a log in page with a link to “Join club”. Tap on “Search for a club” and our gym “Momentum” will show and you will click that icon.
From there, you will choose your membership and complete the sign-up process.
Downloading the app and completing the sign up process through the app allows you to access the gym immediately by clicking the check-in button at the top of your app home screen when you approach the electronic door reader at the gym.
The second way to sign up is via a QR Code or link to a website. Downloading the app and signing in using the same login you created on the website would then be required to access the gym via bluetooth until a key fob could be issued.
Note: you can always reset your login by clicking “forgot my log in details” on the app.

Why do you require a photo and photo ID when signing up?
For security purposes and access control to the gym, it is important to verify who is signing up and using the gym. This ensures safety for everyone and prevents non-members from accessing the gym

I have signed up. Now, how do I access the gym?
Bluetooth Access
You have immediate access to the gym through the app. On the home screen of the app at the top of the page you will see a check in button. When you approach the gym, you can tap this button and you will hear the lock open. This can take up to 5 seconds to open. If your Apple pay comes up, you are holding the phone too close to the reader, just back up a couple of feet and try again. Also note that the door knob does not unlock or turn, you simply pull the door open to enter.
Key Fob Access
After you sign up online, you can email us or chat with us through the app to set up a time to retrieve your key fob if you would like to have one.
I am coming with my friend and we are both members, can I just wave my fob for both of us to come in?
Please do not do this. It is against our terms and conditions. It is important for us to know who is in the gym at all times to ensure the safety and optimal experience for all users. Anyone who accesses the gym must register their entry with either their key fob or their phone.

I lost my key fob what should I do?
If you lose your key fob, please notify us immediately. Although you may still gain access using your Bluetooth, it is important that we deactivate the fob to ensure it isn’t used by anyone other than the person it was allocated to.
How do I get my key fob replaced?
Your first key fob is free of charge. There is a $10 replacement fee if it needs to be replaced.

I want to get started, but I haven’t worked out in years (or ever!). Do you have personal trainers to help me?
We are here to help! We offer a variety of packages for personal training from shorter packages to help with form and learning routines at the gym, to longer packages for those who need more help and accountability. Please drop us an email here and we can let you know the details!
I have a trainer. Can I bring them in to train me at the gym?
Unfortunately due to insurance and liability issues and to ensure optimal member experience for everyone, we don’t allow outside personal trainers to utilize the gym.
We do have personal trainers on staff and will be happy to find the right sessions and packages that work for you.

I want to stream my shows while working out! Is there WIFI?
Yes, there is! The network name and password will be posted in the facility.

I have a friend in town and I would love them to work out with me! Can I just bring them in with me?
Although we love workout buddies, for insurance, safety and liability reasons we are unable to allow guests to enter the gym without a day pass.
If you would like to have your friend come with you or just come for the day yourself, please use one of the sign up processes listed above and purchase a day pass and sign the required waivers for entry.

How old do you have to be to work out on your own at Momentum?
With parental consent, present at the time of in person sign up, those aged 16 and up can access the gym on their own with their own fob or Bluetooth access.
My child is 14 or 15, can they come to the gym unattended?
We are huge fans of establishing healthy exercise patterns early on! We do require an in-person sign up with a parent present and a 30 minute gym orientation session prior to using the gym.
Does that mean anyone under the age of 14 can’t use the gym at all?
Not at all! We love kids and parents working out together. If you would like to work out with your child, please sign them up with us at our reduced youth rate. Anyone who uses the equipment, including cardio equipment, will need to be signed up as a member.

What is your cancellation policy? Is there a fee for breaking my contract?

Can i pause my membership because I got injured or have another medical issue? How do I freeze my account temporarily?
You have the right to freeze your membership for a minimum of one month and up to three months during which time you will not be charged standard membership dues and won’t have access to the gym. You will be required to provide written notice at least five days in advance of your next billing cycle and you may be required to provide medical documentation. Your membership may not be cancelled during the pause and the time will be added to the end of your membership.

What payment does Momentum Gym accept? Will I get charged on a month to month basis?
We are able to accept credit cards only at this time for gym memberships. For personal training and other services, additional payment methods may be offered.
The frequency of your payment is dependent upon the membership type you selected.
Will my membership automatically renew at the end of the term?
Yes. Your membership (with the exception of the day pass) will automatically renew. However, you can request your membership be cancelled at the end of its minimum term by clicking the cancel button in the app.
If you are on a minimum term contract such as the yearly contract, your cancellation will take place at the end of the yearly contract.
